Primarily used for adhesive slitting processes of Kapton Tape, electronic films, PE, TPU, PET, kraft paper, washi tape, BOPP, and other adhesive tapes.

• Control: Automatic taper tension adjustment is realized via the Hikawa Motion Control System. Tension differences will occur while separating strips, caused by changes in material thickness and winding diameter.
• Rolling: Servo technology controls active traction, auxiliary traction and rolling press rollers. Rollers adopt alternating top and bottom rolling arrangement. Equipped with dual-axis folding function, it keeps materials fed orderly throughout strip rolling and cuts production time. 4.4kW independent servo units control tension for upper and lower rolling, alongside the integrated automatic linear tension system.
• Automatic tension control is available for winding and unwinding processes. It maintains stable tension and smooth start & stop. Servo torque winding provides reliable and precise tension, so finished rolls are neatly wound with flat end surfaces.
• Roller: All rubber-covered rollers are treated with plasma nano-coating to obtain outstanding non-stick characteristics.
• Flattening: Functions to straighten bent strips and spread materials. It can process materials including gold fingers, green rubber, BOPP and paper strips.
• Discharge: Separate discharge rack configuration. The unwinding part installs hydraulic feeding system and 10kg magnetic powder brake.
• Operation: A 15-inch screen is configured for easy, user-friendly operation.
• Rolling up: Combined servo control and divider support accurate, errorless running.
• Waste collection: Adopts servo-type collection mode, featuring roller collection structure.
