1. Equipped with Heikawa Motion Control System, the machine provides 12 operation modes to cut products in different widths. Operators can freely set the starting and ending cutting rows, and three selectable feed speeds are available for cutting work.
2. The spindle runs under 5000W servo control, while the circular cutter adopts a 3300W servo system.
3. When an alarm pops up, the machine stops instantly, effectively avoiding cutter fracture.Lateral movement assembly consists of NSK 3210 lead screw and 35 guide rails driven by a 1500W servo motor.
4. It maintains positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm within a 1000mm travel range.The feeding mechanism is built with upper silver 3210 screw and 30 guide rails controlled by 1500W servo, delivering reliable structural strength and consistent feeding precision

6. The adjustable angle ranges from -9.5° up to +9.5°.Cutting cooling relies on a 60W water pump. Precise needle valves regulate water flow to realize low-noise cooling performance.
7. The knife holder and lateral moving components are processed with QBQ treatment, which upgrades the parts’ hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and deformation resistance.
8. Operation Screen: A 15-inch main display is equipped, providing simple and intuitive operation.
9. Full Machine Lighting: Separate lights for electrical box access, machine cabinet access and running operation after startup.The knife box adopts stainless steel dry-wet separation construction.
10. Sponges absorb silicone oil inside the wet zone, and wool felt wipes the blade clean in the dry zone, minimizing silicone oil residue left on materials.
11. Drainage System: Stainless steel diversion pipes form the drainage structure to prevent silicone oil splashing during production.
12. Reversing Mechanism: A heavy-duty divider driven by a 1000W servo motor completes flipping movements to guarantee error-free operation.
13. Emergency stop is supported at any moment. After alarm reset, the system automatically adjusts and calibrates flipping actions according to real-time conditions.
14. It supports simultaneous cutting via 4 axes. Idle axes can be applied for loading and unloading, shortening cycle time and boosting overall working efficiency.
15. Comes with matched tool rest, applicable for products with spindle core diameter ≤25mm.
